I've made contact with the DVSA to try get some clarity on current laws, and must say the response I've had so far has only led to more confusion!! Desperately needing simplified for the sake of both the public and the police- they're just as confused as we are! If you can share this petition to try get us to 5k signatures that'd be incredible!
