NHS have said: "E-cigarettes are 95% less harmful than tobacco", however they are not prescribing them to heavy cigarette smokers who are at risk to cancer and diseases. Many people who have made the switch to using electronic cigarettes have said their life has changed for the better. With this petition we hope to achieve awarness towards e-cigs and hope that it can be acted upon.
