Commissioner Morita

For the record, neither Commissioner Morita nor the City have the data that will be presented tomorrow night at the Community meeting. Commissioner, how do you discredit data you don't have? Better question: Where is the city's data? Why hasn't the city done any testing like other cities with scrap metal facilities do?
