Here's an update. There are two vital considerations in this fight. One is Legal, the other is Political. On the legal front, AHM has changed our legal representation and are taking our latest appeal to the Missouri Supreme Court, where we now have a case number. The legal action is to contest the legality of the edict to charge us rent we do not owe and then locking us our of the hangar for not paying the imaginary rent. While that battle continues being played out, we are focusing a good deal of our efforts on building relationships with the new KC City Council. As you know they control the land around the airport, and a new Council takes their seats next week. Serious inroads are being made there. In the end, no matter the outcome of the legal battle, the Council ultimately controls who occupies the land around the airport and what happens there. If they finally embrace the Airport 2005 Master Lease and the 2nd Amendment of 2010, AHM gets their facility back and Signature heads for the exit empty-handed. Once this all is resolved in our favor, we can re-launch the Museum and once again be able to fund raise. We've seen the groundswell of support from you all on social media and of course right here on Change.org. We will update you the next time there is movement on this, which will be soon!
