Today i had meeting at the property. Surveyor and housing officer along with housing manager. 

Went in looked to see if defects where still there from visit in December.  Was told by housing manger that the live plaster that will fall off soon is not to be fixed and mold still present in the property as it has not been fixed correctly by TMA MAINTAINCE TIME STAMP PHOTOS BY MY AELF TAKEN AND PASSED TO MY SOLICITOR.  and there was alot of whispering between my housing officer and her manager. As recorded saying I'm being picking and I don't have clue. INTIMIDATION tactics where used again today along with the past 4 weeks of phone calls telling me to leave and leave my partner and daughter to it.

Was told as per my solicitor all works was completed hence why visit was arrange by sanctuary.  All drain work has not been sign of by local council as building regulations and compliance needs to be followed. 

Sanctuary sent another surveyor that was present on visit in December when there where instructed not to do any further works on the items that required building complaince and regulations on. 

These works had gone ahead and sanctuary surveyor present was very instant that all these works had now been completed  he had seen it on photo evedince even tho the official people that set the regulations told them not to continue. 

I had to show a wanna be surveyor that the works had not been done correctly and now they have illegally tap in to the water company's assets. That they are now being investagate for ( i live in a soakaway area with a water treatment plant) he was very instant I'm wrong . 

He was a surveyor he should of surveyed the work before trying to make out it was done correctly. I had to show him by putting water down the aco drain they are now mixing surface water with foul water. 

And also show him that the other soakaway work had not been touched and that the aco drain is falling the wrong way all this work affects both my neighboursproperpty as well. Both owned by sanctuary housing but they don't care what they do .

Also the rear soakawayworks is not CORRECTLY done and the water in the French drain that is not adequate to remove the water from the property as the pipe is going the wrong way . 

And connecting to the old soakaway that is inadequate to deal with the amount of water as 1. It has collapsed and 2 . It would be to small to deal with the amount of water they proposse.

He reckoned he had seen photos he must be blind or like the works TMA MAINTAINCE AND BIRMINGHAM DRAINS NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE AT ALL. 

This need to be fixed properly to stop the water ingress.  But they don't care .

We been out for nearly 5 months on a non decant agreement then told 4 weeks max. Had 3 dates to move back ALL ready. 

I'm lucky I have build knowledge think of those that do not..

I was then told if we don't accept to move back they will seek repossession order against us . 

It looks like we are going to have to fight for are house and fight for what is right.

We will fight till the end we have all got illness to due sanctuary housing neglect to us and the property. And it happing as well 2 doors away to a family to. 

This can not continue and the government does not care as they sit back taking there tax money whilst their all  earning a  wage of are losses.
