These days it is very common practice amongst farmers Community to install sharp blade wire fencing around their crop field.

Every day many cattles especially cow family get stucked into these fencing and took serious injury while they are trying to cross the farmland accidentally or when they are roaming around grazing land and forest land.

It can be easily observed that animal get wounded seriously when they are trying to escape from sharp bladed fencing, They often received deep cut in forehead, neck, back and legs. After that nobody cares them and helpless cows are dying with immense pain and suffering.  As, Government has banned cow slaughter in Uttar Pradesh,. Most of cow family animals have no shelter and nobody is owner of them in order to take care of food, shelter and medicine. 

Government of Uttar Pradesh please immediately ban use of any sharp edged wire fencing around Fields and disallow manufacturing and supplying of barbed and blade wire in Uttar Pradesh. If you truly want to stop suffering of helpless cows, kindly take action with help of law and enforcement.
