QUICK UPDATE!

Just a few weeks until the expiration date of 9/11/26 - this is the end of the current 90-Day Moratorium that Sedgwick County has in place.

I recently met with Wichita City Council members to discuss a potential City-level moratorium in solidarity with Sedgwick County - I have not heard back - but since Kansas requires a 20-day public notice period before the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission considers new zoning rules for Sedgwick County.

So unless they announce it in the next few days, it appears we are on track to extend the moratorium and keep developers' hands OFF OUR LAND AND OUT OF OUR RESOURCES!
