💔 My Story – The Moment That Changed My Life Forever
I am a Canadian citizen who survived 10 months of unlawful detention in the UAE’s Al-Sadr State Security Prison (June 2024 – April 2025).
I was accused only of “cursing the police,” yet I faced no formal charges, no trial, no conviction, and no justice.
During those 10 months, I was denied insulin for diabetes, PTSD medication, a CPAP machine, and even basic blood pressure and glucose checks. Repeatedly in isolation, with no justification, No blanket or mattress for month.
Canadian officials documented my suffering but deferred my urgent medical care to the same authorities who were depriving it.
I nearly lost my life — and I’m still dealing with serious health complications today.
No one should ever have to go through what I endured.
