The Daily moth ran the story about the school today. However, the statement given by the school states that they "conducted and investigation and issued disciplinary action, per ASDB policy." Past tense, as if they are finished with it. 

We are not finished.

Which policies is ASDB following? Cause we can't find them.  ASDB Policies and Procedures can be found here Section G discusses behavior of teachers and possible termination (More specifically GBEA, GBEB, GBEB-R, GBEBB, GCQF and GCFQ-RB.) We provide below in bold the policy that allows her to be fired for just cause, if you read the other mentioned policies you will see in just this one event she has many violations. With incoming stories it has been going on for decades. Just scroll the comments here and you will see proof.  We have requested from the Superintendent and the board that they tell us what they are following, but they refuse to answer.  KDDA is a policy they keep sending to their staff to ensure they do not talk to press. However, you can read them all in detail at the link provided.

Step 1—Investigation and Recommendation:

Misconduct that may be cause for termination may be investigated and a report provided through the agency administrator to the Superintendent. The report shall include statements of witnesses and relevant documentation.

 The Superintendent may request a recommendation for action from the supervisor and/or the agency administrator.

  Employees being considered for termination may be placed on administrative leave with pay or reassigned to other duties during an investigation if it is in the best interest of the Schools. This action may be taken by the agency administrator in the absence of the Superintendent and post-approved by the Superintendent.
