Lady Biker Carol Ian is officially out of prison. Freedom came last evening.
Freedom is Priceless. We take it for granted. We live in a very corrupt nation with some nasty individuals in influential places. Anyone can become their prey at any point in life. Pray that your turn finds you ready. I have been a victim. I know the pain. That's why I stood with our sister on this one.
This is an appreciation post. Thank you all bikers and well wishers from Kenya, Zambia and Uganda for uniting for a fellow biker in distress. We appreciate the contributions, prayers, meals, accommodation, moral support and any other form of support given to the team that handled this matter. The Lusaka Bikers Zambia stole the show as the real MVPs showing us how to help first, ask questions later when it comes to the biker brotherhood. We are humbled much and I will be travelling to Lusaka, Zambia via Nyika Plateau with whoever cares to join me as my gratitude ride for this kind gesture.
The biker in this video with LadyBiker Carol Ian is known as David. He volunteered that bike to be used as Carol's mother's bond but due to unavoidable circumstances in court, and despite having submitted all relevant documents to the registry, we were forced to use cash bail. We had help from two other lawyers in this matter Margaret from Nyeri and Ali who is also a biker. Without their assistance, this would have taken longer than it did. We appreciate their input and pray for their success in their endeavors.
Lastly, we appreciate the haters and naysayers who spread false rumors about Carol and the people who stood with her. Please submit all the evidence that you may have to the relevant authorities or shut the hell up for good. We can't be moving in one direction while busybodies are pulling us back for clout or whatever other reasons. And for those who said that I was going to eat the money, the feast is happening at my house tomorrow at noon. Don't let me eat alone . Come with fresh rumors for our entertainment.
On a serious note, this has been a win for the biker community. We've come together to stand for what we believe in and to support a fellow biker at a time of need. I'll keep you posted on the progress of the case to the very end. This shall not be in vain. Justice shall prevail We have only started.
