Updated Petition to be more factual due to new information

Hello, So after extreme research, It has come to my attention that medicare actually does have provisions to fund Sex Reassignment Surgery, but simply not the means to offer it in the public healthcare system. I have updated the petition to reflect this and our desire for Sex Reassignment Surgery to be available publically and in the meantime, provisions to grant reimbursement to surgeons who perform any and all surgeries privately, if they are not performable publically.
