A very strange, unique experience!
The family duly attended Kalmunai High Court this morning.
What happened?
We, the two of us and our two children were the ONLY ones there.
No members of the public were present.
NO other case was tabled; only ours.
So the entire staff, the Ushers, The Cryer, The Security, the steno lady, the office staff - ALL were present; so was the Hon. Judge.
But the petitioners did not come, nor did the Lawyers.
So:
Case No. EP/HC/REV/284/2019
was Adjourned again.
But only for ONE week
Next date is Friday, 3rd. February 2023.
Kalmunai Court Complex is actually huge, housing 4 different Courts:
1.) District Court
2.) Magistrate's Court
3.) High Court
4.) Appellate's Court
