Adjourned, Adjourned. And even more legal casess!

The original case, which was 100% judged in our favour is now being dealt with in the High Court in Kalmunai.
This is a just a simple review.
Not done with that defeat, the original aggressor, a Mr. A.N. Balagan has lodged 3 more cases in the local, lower Court. Last week.
Those challenges deal with an eviction attempt of the original family from their own premises.
In addition, his "partner in crime", a Mr. Y.B. Hassan ALIYAR (a former, locally discredited Bank of Ceylon manager) has also jumped on the legal band waggon.
He has accused the resident family, and owners of the buildings they constructed to break into their own dwelling! 
It has now become obvious, that there is a criminal conspiracy to defraud the rightful owners and resident family.
From a valuable property - with forged documents.
And their plan was to gain access and possession - a crafty concept which has now been thwarted.
Legal Costs are mounting - and it is also obvious that other, even more greedy people and advisors are behind the other side pushing their very own agendas.
