Abby the dog's inhumane and toxic living conditions

Abby the elderly chihuahua has forced by Shea Browne aka Vegan Patriot aka Lord VP to live in a small car for years now,  with illegal substances, smoke, loud music, maggots, rotting food, and Abby has used the bathroom in the car multiple times after not being allowed out to use the bathroom.  

This is a video of another streamer getting into Shea Browne's car and immediately putting his hand in dog diarrhea. Shea thinks it's funny and shows zero concerns for Abby or the reason she has diarrhea.
