Even the new friend called out how high this poor 14 year old senior chihuahua was.

I'll remind you, Abby the dog has a collapsed trachea. Blowing any type of smoke (cigarette, vape, or marijuana) into the face of a dog with a collapsed trachea is highly dangerous.
