Vegan Patriot aka Shea Browne has come online to say that Abby the 14 year old senior chihuahua was hit by a car. has a tire mark on her, and almost died. 

Yet Shea didn't take her to the vet.

Abby has a collapsed trachea, 1 tooth left which is rotting, got hit by a car and still, Shea will not take her to the vet.

Shea spends a good amount of money on weed, substances, hotels, shopping for clothes and bikinis, and carry out. This is recorded during her live streams.  She lives free in a shelter, gets food stamps, and can't ever seem to find any money to take Abby to the vet.
