Change. It will not take place or occur without action.

Narcotics are incredibly insidious.

Whenever you see/hear of crime in the news, in a newspaper, online or even in person, it will and I can guarantee this: it will more often than not, have a relation to narcotics; directly or indirectly. 

If you find it difficult to speak up? It will not Change!
