To all Parties Concerned,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you with a pressing concern regarding the persistent copyright infringement perpetrated by Printerval and Printblur, websites hosted and registered through your platform.

As both a creator and a victim of their illicit activities, I am deeply troubled by their blatant disregard for copyright law exhibited by the Printerval and Printblur's websites (they are the same company). . Despite numerous DMCA notices, Printerval will either ignore or make excuses to avoid removing these stolen materials, causing significant harm not only to myself but also to countless small businesses, independent creators, and well-known brands such as such as Chanel, Taylor Swift, Nike, Coach, Disney, Nintendo, Apple, Sony, Metallica, Ferrari, and Facebook, etc...

They are making a significant profit from this and they try to blame the "third parties" as being responsible. I don't even believe these third parties are real, it is the owners scrapping the best selling products online and they are diluting our brands as they are lifting the prints from our listing photos which has caused a lot of complaints online. They are putting out poor quality versions of designs we have worked hard to create! These websites had nothing to do with any of it. They sell our work using our listing photos at a significantly lower price. They copy hundreds of our products forcing us to waste hours of our time going back and forth with all of these URL's and they just put them back up a few weeks later under a different "seller's" name claiming they had no idea. I don't understand how these websites are getting away with this but it has to stop!

Printerval and Printblur are now claiming that they need copyright registrations for the listing photos they have stolen from our shops.   They assert this as a condition for removing the stolen materials. However, it is crucial to emphasize that I do not need to copyright my listing photos. They are my intellectual property; I published them first, and I am the rightful creator of the designs. Printerval and Printblur have no legal claim to these materials whatsoever.

They seriously have a lot of nerve to do force the artists to spend all of this time proving the ownership of their own work to the thieves who stole it!  I urge you to ask them to produce even one license showing that theyhave permission to sell the type of materials that they sell on their websites!

I doubt they could even show you one legitimate seller.  They are trying to make us believe that real artists have created 'unique' product designs which they are just handing over to Printerval who keeps 80% of the commission.  What artist in their right mind would even do that?  They spend all this time creating a t-shirt to receive 20% of $15!  When they could make a lot more money selling on any other platform than Printerval.  And I have not found one person online who has written anything about their experience selling on either of these platforms in the four years they have been operating!

There are so many people rightfully upset at this point ,the severity of this matter has escalated to police officials. This is illegal behavior that is now becoming a criminal matter. The authorities have been contacted, and investigations have started on the shady activities of Printerval and Printblur. I'm sure your businesses do not want to be associated with hosting these sites engaged in this harmful to sellers and buyers alike.

Furthermore, the reviews of these websites on Trustpilot are inundated with complaints of copyright infringement. You can see for yourself the numerous complaints regarding copyright violations on Printerval and Printblur: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/printerval.com?stars=1 and https://www.trustpilot.com/review/printblur.com?stars=1

As the host and registrar of Printerval and Printblur, we would like to respectfully remind you that you have a legal and moral responsibility to ensure that the content hosted on your platform complies with copyright laws. By allowing Printerval and Printblur to continue their illegal activities unchecked, this would make you complicit in their wrongdoing and also undermine the integrity of your platform, betraying the trust of your users and stakeholders. Contabo, especially. I have sent many notices requesting your company to assist me with Printblur and this is yet more evidence that you have been notified.

I urge you to take immediate and decisive action against Printerval and Printblur. It is imperative that you enforce stringent measures to prevent further copyright infringement on your platform and hold these websites accountable for their actions. Failure to do so may not only result in legal ramifications, serious financial consequences and also irreparable damage to your reputation and credibility.

I thank you kindly for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address this issue promptly and offer the much needed assistance to the many victims of these websites. I also have very recently put a petition online naming your companies as the decision makers as only you have the power to remove these sites based in Vietnam. Sincerely,

Melanie J Wall and others who have signed the petition so far.
