I have managed to get my designs finally taken down for now by contacting Name Cheap IP infringement.  I encourage all of those who still have their designs  up on Printerval/Printblur to send your IP report to them.

This petition also seems to have gotten their attention, so thank you to those who have signed so far.

As their registrar, Namecheap has the power to remove these sites, which they state they do with reports of repeat infringement. I am going to send them this petition as soon as I reach at least 100 signatures (so please share!), along with other named decision-makers, and will continue to do so every time we pass another 100-signature mark.

I would also like to add that Printervalblur has been targeting my store since 2022, and it takes only about a month before all my designs are placed on their websites again, this time sold by different "third-party artists."

Again, I have to go through the same nightmare cycle of getting them taken down. This is why their websites need to be removed; we should not have to waste our time doing this. Both of these sites receive a good amount of traffic, so don't be fooled into thinking that people do not shop from them. They pay for ads to rank high in Google searches. They even outperform my Etsy ads!

Serena Williams and Joe Rogan, who have filed numerous complaints about their trademark and images being sold by Printervalblur, can't even get infringing material permanently removed!

To put it in perspective, it took me from March 19th to April 14th, with a total of 55 emails (see attached pic), the majority of them being to Printerval/Printblur, to get the listings and photographs stolen from my Etsy stores taken down. On any other website, you only have to send ONE DMCA takedown!

Why do I, as an artist, have to sit there going back and forth, copying and pasting 120 URLs from my stores, matching them with 120 URLs on their website, and writing DMCA notices when they are the ones who have stolen my designs? I never want to have to do this again!

Dear, Sirs!

Thank you for your feedback and we understand your concern here.

We are a third-party website where artists upload their designs and get connected with customers. (LIES)!

If you find any infringement designs on our website, please send us:

- The infringement links and the copyright registration information.

- a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent or the law

- a statement by you that the information in your Notice is accurate and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.  (PREPARE TO DO THIS ONCE A MONTH EVERY MONTH SPENDING A MONTH DOING IT!)

We will look over your report and take care of it.

We appreciate all contributions and comments of users and customers. Feel free to reach us if there is anything we can help with.  (THEY HAVE ALSO PAID ATTENTION TO OUR TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS)!

Sincerely,
