As of Today 7/26, Lost Paws Animal Rescue was asked to not return to Petco in Raritan for adoption events. After countless complaints, Petco finally listened. Unfortunately, being asked not to return to a location is not new to Lost Paws. Prior to holding events in Raritan, they were at Petsmart in Bridgewater. There were cops present at today’s adoption event inquiring about the condition of these animals. And yet, there is still an adoption event held tomorrow in Hillsborough. We can only hope there’s more being done behind the scenes and continue to ensure our voices are heard. These were the cats that arrived with Geralyn. I can only say there are allegations of neglect, but please look at these pictures and make that conclusion yourself. A 30 minute car ride does not cover these poor animals in their own feces to the point where their fur is matted.
