Sadly, instead of taking responsibility, individuals directly involved have been dismissing my daughter’s medically confirmed egg allergy as “fake news” and “minor inconvenience.” One even went as far as accusing us of fabricating her condition for attention.

This is not just ignorant — it’s dangerous. My daughter could have died due to negligence at Banana Moon Hamilton, and this behaviour shows exactly why this nursery must be held accountable.

These screenshots (attached below) show how they’ve tried to deflect blame, twist facts, and mock a life-threatening allergy — all while the nursery remains open and operating as if nothing happened.

We’re not backing down. We will keep pushing for change, for accountability, and for the safety of every child.
