Hi all, I thought it high time for an update and there's some very positive signs that our protestations and voices are being heard!! These tweets from Martin last week sound hopeful indeed!: "I cannot thank you enough for yr wonderful support through a difficult time. The petition is awesome! I think Toms plans will invigorate SW" "Just had v gd meeting w commissioner Tom McDonald. He explained his ideas,they are good. Will b changes-bt after discussion-see you on WW !!" So it appears that they are now looking to hold onto Martin in some form and great news that he is confirmed for WinterWatch! It is still, however, vitally important that we still keep up the pressure - keep circulating the petition to those who haven't seen it and still accruing as many signatures as we can. It is right now that they are making the firm decisions on what goes and stays in the Watches and evaluating what is the most popular while they decide on the changes. Well, we've let them know that Martin is a crucial component to the show's success and he simply HAS to stay for good and retain a main role in the show! :) So, now more than ever we have to keep up momentum and keep making sure our message keeps being heard!
