Newton’s Zoning and Planning Committee will hold a public hearing this Monday (Feb. 13) at 7 p.m. to discuss a proposed amendment to the city’s zoning ordinances that would make seasonal outdoor dining permanent within the city.

This is exactly the bylaw we've been waiting for when we began our campaign last year.  And this change is necessary if we want outdoor dining in Newton to resume this spring!

Please help us get this effort over the finish line by sending a short email to the City Council Committee Clerk Jaclyn Norton, jnorton@newtonma.gov asking the council to make outdoor dining permanent in Newton.
