We are over 50,000 signatures!

Thank you for this public display of support. While we don't know if our petition had a direct impact on the BC government rescinding the order, we do know that the support brought attention to our cause and allowed us to do interviews, which in turn brought more awareness to the plight of gyms (and other small businesses) closed by government orders.

Even though gyms are now open, we will continue to push for transparency through the publication of cases transmitted in each setting (gym, restaurant, mall, home, school, office etc.) and better financial support for businesses impacted by these orders. Additionally, we are exploring ways we can advocate for changes to be made to the way these orders are made and conveyed to business owners and the public.
