Anne Arundel County’s Motion to Dismiss Has Been Denied

Due to filing an appeal challenging the denial of the preliminary injunction, the case in the circuit court was placed on hold. It has now been reopened, and the County’s motion to dismiss them from the case was just denied. The county has 15 days to file an answer to our original complaint.
