Maryland Court of Special Appeals

While we were hopeful for a speedy resolution on this matter. We’ve always been under the assumption that this case would end up going to the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. 

Today an appeal will be filed sending this case to the Maryland Court of Special Appeals (Maryland’s second highest court).
