A detailed letter was sent in February 2017 to the First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon and the Permanent Secretary, Leslie Evans asking for help for the way that DeeAnn was being treated. Details of events over the last decade were given and names of those involved and nothing was done. Then in May 2018 Rhoda Grant slammed the Scottish Government for the decade of abuse suffered by DeeAnn.  The First Minister said that she was horrified by what she saw in the picture.  I am assuming we were all looking at the same picture because that is exactly how her family feels about it also.   We are now 5 months on and still nothing has been done.  Shame on the Scottish Government.  The men who have been named are allowed at their work as if nothing has ever happened and are not being held accountable .  A promise was made that nothing would be swept under the carpet.
