Zara Brown, proprietor of The Ayrshire Ark must be punished with maximum custodial sentence. The torture, starvation & suffering the poor dogs in her care endured is  horrific. These dogs deserve justice. Zara deserves the maximum jail time. So many dogs have died in agony and so many more remain missing.
