We have a dog killer in our neighborhood. We have have serveral dogs come up missing. We have no proof of those missing dogs. 

 By eye witness accounts ,on the morning October the 18th 2016 Jack Risler took his ATV down his driveway onto the public road heading east, went through the gate of the adjoining property of  Mr Justice. then ran down Oliver, a beautiful, sweet Boxer and shot and killed him. Jack Risler then shot and killed a deer. Then he disposed of the animals in the creek. 

We believe Jack Risler committed four crimes.

  1. Melodiously Killing a domestic animal. 

  2. Killing a deer out of season without permission. 

  3. The environmental violation of disposal of deceased animal in a creek.

  4. Operating a unauthorized vehicle on a state highway.  

  We the people request that Jack Risler

 be Prosecute   to the fullest extent of the law.
