In this video, Mohamed Saad Ab is seen beating to death dogs in the streets of Egypt.  He also posted dead animal on his Facebook page that he killed.  This is NOT acceptable, and IT SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED!!  Monsters like this should be prosecuted and thrown in JAIL!!!  WE DEMAND YOU DEVELOP HUMANE ANIMAL LAWS IMMEDIATELY TO PROTECT ANIMALS!!!

Animals in Egypt continue to suffer and die on the streets of Egypt’s cities every day. Children drown puppies, bury kittens alive and animals heads are beat against walls all in fun.  Donkeys and horses are worked so hard, they die.  It is time you develop and enforce humane animal laws, and start convicting animal abusers that torture, kill, or harm animals in any way!!  We will not tolerate these actions from ANY country any longer INCLUDING EGYPT!!  We demand you do prosecute this monster immediately and develop and enforce human animal laws!!
