SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ROCKY!
“Dogs suffering from conditions that affect the spinal cord like arthritis, IVDD, Dengerative Myelopathy, FCE (strokes) and other forms of paralysis or back injury have to be lifted the right way to protect their spine. They should be handled gently and slowly and NEVER jerked or pulled.
Small dogs can typically be picked up by one person. Larger dogs may need two people to properly lift them, especially if they can’t help you. In that case, both people should be on the same side of the dog when lifting.”
They should never be dangled like a prop for videos and slung around improperly which can and will ultimately cause more damage to their spine.
Will the new dog(s) get the medical care that is needed? How is any of this acceptable?

➡️ RESCUERS and the PUBLIC!! Please speak for ROCKY!!
PLEASE EMAIL the rescue/adoption coordinator and director at these addresses below, and ask they do a welfare check and inquire about Rocky’s professional medical care. To make matters worse, Jonny ran back again days later, and adopted a senior who is seriously sick as well. The guy had a C & D order issued against him, and shouldn’t be near any dog.
