Anticipate receiving Shellpoint Valuation Policies (eg., appraisals and broker price opinions) from an internal source at Shellpoint today. Based on my conversations with this internal source, Shellpoint is not in compliance with its on policies and is apparently overcharging unsuspecting homeowners for such fees.
