About a year ago us Shellharbour skaters were promised an upgrade to our skatepark. Since then they've gotten rid of graffiti and put some quick dry cement in. That is in no way an upgrade and we've been patiently waiting since last year, while we've seen other skateparks such as Fairy meadow and Unanderra skatepark upgraded and ours just left.  Every time we put something in ourselves at our skatepark the council will just take it away. We feel that we're just being ignored as many of the local skaters have asked for the upgrade multiple times.
