Who i am?

 Hello! My name is Bruno Aguilar, a young man (18) born in Venezuela and always taught to love my world, because i only have one.

I wanna scream to SHELL "Stop Arctic Drilling", but not just that, i would love to do anything, whatever to save the world who give us life, our second mother.

And i know that you, who's reading this, thinks on the same way that i do.

May we are "Just one" but together we can be Just one * millions

We can save the world if we want, if we try, from now we can scream together in ONE voice, on ONE move, for ONE reason, like sons of the earth, as brothers.

To save the arctic, and save our world.
Even ONE little mistake in Artic drill for extracting "Black Gold" will bring disasters to The World, The Future, And ours future children.

And we cannot allow it
Tomorrow may be too late. Today it's the time, We've to stop that NOW.

100 days. This is how long we have before Shell begins drilling in the Arctic. Before the region is subjected to potentially irreversible damage.

We need to stop them before deadline.

And you just have to sign.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE ARCTIC: Climate Change

The Arctic is the like a global air conditioner. But thanks to climate change it's warming twice as fast as the rest of the world and sea ice is vanishing before our eyes.

The ice at the top of the world acts as a parasol and reflects much of the sun’s heat back into space and keeps the planet cool, stabilizing the weather systems that we depend on to grow our food.

Because of pollution from fossil fuels, the amount of sea ice in the Arctic Ocean is falling rapidly. This melting could further disrupt global weather patterns and make warming happen faster. The earth would begin to absorb more of the sun’s energy, causing even more warming which  would be devastating not only for the people and animals who live in the region - but for the entire planet. Protecting the Arctic means protecting us all.

The Narwhal:
The narwhal is an iconic inhabitant of the Arctic. They currently face various threats, like loss of sea ice and changes in the distribution of their prey because of rising ocean temperatures

Human behaviour is also a threat to the Arctic which has an impact on narwhals, such as exploration and drilling for oil.
Even Shell admit an Arctic oil spill is inevitable and the effects would be catastrophic for narwhals and all wildlife living in the Arctic

With their habitat under direct threat, it is crucial that we take action to protect the narwhal.

The Polar bear

The Arctic is home to an incredible and diverse wildlife, of which the polar bear is one of the most recognizable species. But all Arctic species depend on sea ice to survive, and this ice is vanishing at a terrifying rate.

Without sea ice to hunt, rest, and breed, the very survival of polar bears and other wildlife is under direct threat. Mother polar bears are struggling to find food and maintain strength and reproduction amongst polar bears is declining. The cubs that are born must fight against increasing odds just to survive into adulthood.

Unless we take action soon, experts warn that polar bears could disappear completely from the Arctic in the next 100 years. Act now to protect their home.

Hola! Mi nombre es Bruno Aguilar, un joven (18) nacido en Venezuela y siempre enseñado a amar a mi mundo, porque sólo tengo uno.

Quisiera gritar a Shell "Detengan la perforación del ártico", pero no sólo eso, me encantaría hacer algo, cualquier para salvar al mundo que nos da vida, nuestra segunda madre.

Y sé que usted, que está leyendo esto, piensa en la misma forma en la que yo lo hago.

Tal vez somos "Sólo uno", pero juntos podemos ser sólo uno * millones.

Podemos salvar el mundo si queremos, si intentamos, a partir de ahora podemos gritar juntos en una sola voz, en un solo movimiento, por una razón, como hijos de la tierra, como hermanos.

Para salvar al ártico, y salvar a nuestro mundo.
Incluso un pequeño error en la perforación del Ártico para la extracción de "Oro Negro" traerá desastres a El Mundo, el futuro, y nuestros futuros hijos.

Y no podemos permitirlo
Mañana puede ser demasiado tarde. Hoy es el momento, tenemos que detenerlos ahora.

100 días. Este es el tiempo que tenemos antes de que Shell comience a perforar en el Ártico. Antes de que la región está sometida a daño potencialmente irreversible.

Tenemos que detenerlos antes de la fecha límite.

¿Qué es el ártico para el mundo?

El Ártico es como un aire acondicionado global. Sin embargo, gracias al cambio climático Se está calentando el doble de rápido que el resto del mundo y el hielo marino está desapareciendo ante nuestros ojos.

El hielo en la cima del mundo actúa como un parasol y refleja gran parte del calor del sol hacia el espacio y mantiene el planeta fresco, Se encarga también de la estabilización de los sistemas meteorológicos de los que dependemos para cultivar nuestros alimentos.

Debido a la contaminación procedente de los combustibles fósiles, la cantidad de hielo marino en el Océano Ártico está disminuyendo rápidamente. Esta fusión podría afectar aún más los patrones climáticos globales y hacer calentamiento global suceda más rápido. La tierra comenzaría a absorber más de la energía del sol, causando aún más calentamiento que sería devastador no sólo para las personas y animales que viven en la región, sino para todo el planeta. La protección del Ártico significa la protección de todos.

El Narval:

El narval es un habitante icónica del Ártico. Se enfrentan actualmente diversas amenazas, como la pérdida de hielo marino y los cambios en la distribución de sus presas debido al aumento de las temperaturas del océano

El comportamiento humano es también una amenaza para el Ártico, que tiene un impacto en los narvales, tales como la exploración y extracción de petróleo.
Incluso Shell admite que un derrame de petróleo en el Ártico es inevitable y los efectos serían catastróficos para los narvales y toda la fauna que vive en el Ártico

Con su hábitat bajo amenaza directa, es crucial que tomemos medidas para proteger el narval.

El Oso Polar

El Ártico es el hogar de una fauna increíble y diversa, de la que el oso polar es una de las especies más reconocibles. Pero todas las especies del Ártico dependen del hielo marino para sobrevivir, y este hielo está desapareciendo a un ritmo aterrador.

Sin hielo marino para cazar, el resto y la raza, la propia supervivencia de los osos polares y otros animales salvajes está bajo amenaza directa. Madre de osos polares están luchando para encontrar comida y mantener la fuerza y la reproducción entre los osos polares está disminuyendo. Los cachorros que nacen debe luchar contra el aumento de las probabilidades para sobrevivir hasta la edad adulta.

A menos que tomemos medidas pronto, los expertos advierten que los osos polares podrían desaparecer completamente del Ártico en los próximos 100 años. Actúa ahora para proteger su hogar.
