Petitioning Sheffield City Council

Don't restrict peaceful protest against Sheffield tree-felling

0 have signed. Let’s get to 1,500.

Large numbers of healthy street trees in Sheffield are being felled by the city council’s private contractor Amey, even though many residents actively oppose the felling. The Council recently took legal action to restrict peaceful protesting against the tree-felling; and it's getting harder to protect trees in a peaceful, lawful way. I support the right to protest peacefully against the felling of healthy street trees, to keep up the pressure for a sustainable tree strategy.
