Attached you'll find an email the petition leaders agreed and sent to Vh1 about this situation. They've yet to respond. It was roughly, 12pm in California, But the Vh1 headquarters is In New York, so the email was sent about 3pm. What are they waiting for? Is it because they think were not really serious? 

        This was an email to almost 5 different people, not one has commented on the situation, either showing the incompetence of knowledge towards the situation or the neglect to take care of the situation.

BLAST THEIR EMAIL TILL THEY SPEAK! THEY CAN'T RUN SNICKERS FREE WITH THIS. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

What we said to Vh1:

"Good Morning Staff at Vh1.
If I'm correct you all are apart of staff with Vh1 to handle the press. Well, 3,500+ people and I want a comment condemning Evelyn Lozada's racist remarks on Sunday Night's air. Her apology was less than sincere and came 48 hours too late, especially being after her insensitive text messages (with her daughter Shanice) which were released by them, and her tweet basically saying <<It is what it is>>. Also we need her to be released from her duties on the show, and the network due to this reckless behavior. She's proven time in and time out that she doesn't care what comes out of her mouth, and then on Sunday and Monday tries to blame it on "Stuff Happens". Inexcusable. Roseanne Barr lost her show and everything that came with it, earlier this year off of one statement, Evelyn has disgraced people with Diabetes, Nurses, People with degrees and higher education, and now the Asian community with her "Lee-Lee" comment. Unacceptable. We would like a comment from Vh1 immediately and to know what you all are going to do about this situation.Their cannot be a double standard for our White TV personalities as well. If we hold them accountable, we must set an example and hold minorities accountable as well for making inappropriate, insensitive, and racist remarks."
