For shareholders of NTEK, this boils down to: Do you trust our current board of directors and management to get us to a successful spot OR do you believe it would be more beneficial to have two shareholders with business experience on the board of directors helping to hold managers accountable, find alternative finance options, and to help create a plan that's beneficial and transparent for shareholders and the company.

Do nothing if you believe the first option, add your name to the petition if you believe in the second option.
