Y'all have been manipulated beyond words. If you believe that the city officials did not know about this, take off your rose-colored glasses! How much Free Press have they gotten over this? I think the officials did know about it, did nothing purposely in order to manipulate public outrage over this event gone so terribly wrong. Why? Look at all the free press they're getting! And there's another Fourth of July float Topia coming! Do the math guys this was planned! Why? MORE MONEY for the city, HELLO!
