Victory!

Hi neighbors, Thank you for supporting the Shamrock Drive petition. We heard back from the city and I wanted to update you on their response. - Installed: double yellow mini-skips in the curve at Florida went in just before the holiday.  - Identified: crosswalk opportunities at Virginia/Shamrock and one at Shamrock/Newell/Attaberry. Pending funding availability. - Conducting: another speed limit evaluation of Shamrock Dr to see if the speed can be lowered from 30 mph.  They will be in touch when that evaluation is complete. I definitely think this is a good start. In speaking with a lot of you the the main concern was safety crossing the street. These measures are a step in the right direction.
