This is the scam happening since 2014 by imposters, impersonating Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Very confusing scam. Around the world women are targeted regardsless of their age. Women those who are actively using social media apps such as FB, Instagram and Twitter. Romance scam gradually approach for donations, different types of cards, payment for to get married to him. These are the contexts and used for all women! First payment happens to far away, for example a woman from Germany pays to Arizona State, USA likewise it goes around, then someone receives it, resend to Nigeria!! It's has to stop!! Sh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Crown Prince of Dubai hasn't taken any steps to address this issue or any action. Instagram must bring some changes especially create accounts on one's name!! Hamdan has more than 700 accounts in Instagram itself!!! He must to do something to stop this 21st century worst scam. Women in huge numbers are affected worldwide. It's sickening!!
