We have written to the Office of the Victorian Premier, noting that the Board of Inquiry into historical child sexual abuse in Beaumaris Primary School and certain other government schools delivered its report to the Victorian Governor on 28th February. We advised that to-date there is no indication online of when this report will be tabled in either a special sitting or scheduled sitting, of Victorian Parliament.
We have highlighted that this report is of huge significance for Victorian survivors, families and communities, including the Beaumaris And Surrounding Communities - Child Sexual Abuse Survivors And Families community who organise and support our petition. And our legion of petition supporters and other organisations and advocates, who support the outcomes our petition seeks.
We have requested that the Office of the Victorian Premier provide the date and time when the report will be tabled, to enable people who wish to be in attendance when this happens, to plan to be able to do so.
This communication is the first of over 100 emails we have sent over the past two years, an office of a member of the Victorian government, has acknowledged as received and read. Without getting too over excited, we are now a bit more hopeful that the Office of the Victorian Premier will provide us with the information we have requested.

The next Victorian Child Sexual Abuse Survivors and Supporters lunch is on Wednesday, 13th March, by which time we hope the Victorian government will have published the recommendations from the Board of Inquiry into historical child sexual abuse in Beaumaris Primary School and certain other government schools. An important time for the community to come together.
The Sandringham Hotel is accessible via public transport, a short walk from the Sandringham Railway Station. There is also off street and undercover parking, plus it is wheel chair accessible. There is no minimum spend requirements either, nor is there a booking fee, and there is an express menu available from 11:30 AM - 3 PM midweek, that is a main and dessert for $19.
