This afternoon we received the first acknowledgement and reply from the Victorian government, to numerous emails we have sent requesting a meeting, on behalf of our community and petitioners. The good news is there's the offer of meeting with us to discuss the outcomes our petition seeks. The not so good news is it is not with The Hon. Mary-Anne Thomas, MP, the Minister for Health.
In our last email to the Minister for Health we also cc-ed in the The Hon. Gabrielle Williams, Minister for Mental Health, and The Hon. Colin Brooks, Minister for Child Protection and Family Services, and it is an advisor of Mr. Brooks who has offered to meet with us.
Rest assured, we will continue to seek a meeting with the Minister for Health, whilst also making the most of every opportunity we have to meet with advisors, and other Government Ministers, along the way.

On behalf of our 12,944 Supporters we will keep plugging away until we get in front of the decision makers who can implement 'no wrong door' to services and supports, that will save lives, and reduce the pain and suffering, of Victorian victim/survivors, their families and communities.
