It's disappointing that Delhi signed another cooperative agreement with shameful Seoul. The Pioneer reported on September 15 that "Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who completed his three-day visit to South Korea, on Friday signed a twin city agreement (Memorandum of Understanding ) with Seoul Metropolitan Government to bring a mutual cooperation and friendship between the two cities."
