Whitewashed response from Seongnam

We have received response from the city of Seongnam regarding our campaigns/petitions. Their response is whitewashed because they do not address the fact that dog meat farms, slaughterhouses and dog meat restaurants are still operating in their city. Dogs are still being bred in horrible conditions and brutally slaughtered in their dog meat industry.
