I'm a frantical animal love and after seeing this post on Facebook I just couldn't let it go. My hope is that I can get enough signatures to get the South Africa government to sit up and notice that perpetrators of animal abuse cannot be allowed to get away with their crimes, yes, it's a crime to physically inflict any form of abuse on any animal.
