As Electoral College vote nears, a terrific editorial by Washington Post syndicated columnist Kathleen Parker (link now in petition) endorses Hamiltonian electors, who urge selection of a moderate Republican rather than Trump. Wow, this is better than fantasy football. Not a very high bar for me, since I have no interest in fantasy football, but for those who do, I mean. The updated slate of those who qualify under proposed legislation guidelines as nominees has risen to 23. An astronaut, three professors, a whistleblower. Gender balance improved.
