I've noticed they are spending a lot of attention (and $) to upgrade this park with a new playground (which is fine) yet also a new bulk head to which they closed the swimming area as well as the beach area (that they still advertise on their website).

The camping area is going to crap (benches cracked and falling apart, cracks in road, boardwalk STILL not open, bathroom not being kept up etc), and people actually pay of course to stay there. I feel they're letting it go on purpose as perhaps they have plans to make this a more City/Urban like park, thus the amenities are just being let go for now.

The County Commission clearly has NO interest in OUR concerns thus far, nor can a reasonable person expect a response from them...good luck even getting a hold of one of your County Commissioner's and especially Dallari. Please share and sign if you haven't already!
