Hi everyone, Amazon Have still not removed any of the other books they have on their platform, so we are now asking you to plesee rally and email in the below information with a plea to remove these books.

If so you will need to pop your MP’s email into the send option along with with the two email addresses below and include your name and address under your name at the end of your email.
I've written a template that you can use and adapt for a letter to the Head of Amazon, John Boumphrey.

A Desperate Call to Action
Currently you have fourty plus books for sale on your platform that advise the reader that they can cure/heal/detox or recover their autistic loved one from their neurological condition.
This is hugely problematic, and promotes the dangerous misinformed rhetoric that autism is an illness, or a vaccine injury or a disease.
An autistic individual cannot have their autism removed from them, it is an integral part of their being.
Many of the titles are also discriminatory and extremely ableist.
Here are just a few of the titles you have listed:

'Warrior Mom: A Mother's Journey In Healing Her Son With Autism' by Tracy M. Slepcevic
'Natural And Permanent Ways To Manage And Cure Autism: How To Manage Individuals With Autism And Make Them Live A More Stable Life' by Dr. Arthur Miles
There are many many more including 'The Nemecheck Protocol for Autism and Developmental Disorders: A How To Guide for Restoring Neurological Function (2nd Edition): Nemeck Protocol, Book 2' by Dr. Patrick M. Nemecheck. This protocol put a British child into intensive care in 2017, the BMJ have the details.
We would ask that you agree to a meeting with Emma Dalmayne, the creator of the petition 'Stop Amazon From Selling Dangerous, Ableist, Curist Harmful Books On Autism' on change org, which now has over 36,500 signarures to discuss the unconsiable harm your platform is causing and which books need to be removed.
The petiton was delivered to your Amazon HQ in London on the 20th of May, a meeting was promised to discuss the books yet no date has been sent.
Emma is the CEO of Autistic Inclusive Meets, an Autistic led organisation based in Woolwich SE London. She has written two published books on autism which can be found on www.elklan.co.uk , she provides Autism training for her local authority and has campaigned for the rights of autistic people and against the abuse of them for 10 years now.
Every day that these books remain on sale more damage, sometimes irreparable, is caused to autistic people.
