I've just spoken to Waterstones Piccadily London store who confirmed they have NO copies in store, I then spoke Michael at their customer services and emailed him over this petition and screen shots of the damage this chlorine dioxide bleach treatment can cause.

Please do also complain to Waterstones on 0808 118 8787 tell them that the book Autism CD Protocol and Other Auto Immune Diseases recommends using bleach enemas on autistic children.
