Sorry if I haven't been around a lot recently, this may be late, but Sega released Vanquish and Bayonetta on PC during April and May respectively. I'd suggest picking these up (If you like them) as a way of voting with your wallet, and I'd highly advice sharing this petition, possibly bring it to Sega Europe's Twitter's attention. I'll update you all when there is more news to share.
